Management Changes for Santa Clara County Counsel

SAN JOSE - Top managers in the Santa Clara County Counsel's office are coming and going this week. Bob Campbell, a former chief counsel with the California Department of Finance who spent a quarter-century working as an attorney for the state, started Monday as an assistant county counsel.
