A federal judge selected Kerr & Wagstaffe LLP and Phillips, Erlewine & Given LLP to lead a group of plaintiffs in putative class actions alleging Web and mobile application companies Apple Inc., Twitter Inc., Facebook Inc. and Path Inc. misappropriated their address books and contact lists.
