Sullivan helps with AT&T's $4.85 billion tower sale

Transaction sees Crown Castle International Corp. buy 600 towers and purchase the rights to 9,100 others.

Sullivan & Cromwell LLP attorneys in Los Angeles represented AT&T Inc. in the telecommunication giant's $4.85 billion sale and lease of cellular towers to Crown Castle International Corp., an owner and operator of wireless towers across the U.S. and Australia.
