Commission on Judicial Performance elects new leaders

Members of the judicial discipline panel elected Santa Clara Superior Court Judge Erica R. Yew as its new chair at the group's meeting earlier this month.

Santa Clara Superior Court Judge Erica R. Yew is the new chair of California's Commission on Judicial Performance.


Members of the 11-person judicial discipline panel elected Yew to lead them at their meeting earlier this month, according to a news release last week.
