A state appellate panel on Wednesday reversed a Los Angeles County judge and let go forward a wage and hour class action alleging Telecom Network Services Inc. violated requirements for about 750 cell phone tower technicians. The 2nd Appellate District's Division 7 held that Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge John Shepard Wiley Jr. was wrong to deny class certification after concluding the plaintiffs' claims could not be decided...
