Cooley to merge with Dow Lohnes in Washington, DC
Cooley LLP announced Tuesday that the firm is merging with the Washington, D.C. office of Dow Lohnes PLLC, adding 54 attorneys in the move.

Cooley LLP announced Tuesday that the firm will acquire the Washington, D.C. office of Dow Lohnes PLLC, adding 54 attorneys in the move.
The merger, which will become effective Jan. 1, excludes Dow Lohnes' 15-lawyer Atlanta office.
