Sidley nabs investment group leader from Kaye Scholer

Timothy Spangler, chairman of Kaye Scholer's investment funds group, will jump to Sidley Austin in Los Angeles in the coming weeks, sources have confirmed.

Sidley Austin LLP has snagged Timothy Spangler, the longtime chair of Kaye Scholer LLP's investment funds group, for its Los Angeles office, sources confirmed Tuesday. The corporate attorney will join Sidley in the coming weeks.
