Foley & Lardner Represents Creditors in Magnatrax Case

The creditors' committee in the Magnatrax Corp. Chapter 11 bankruptcy case has selected Foley & Lardner as legal adviser. Magnatrax and 16 of its subsidiaries sought protection from creditors in May in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware. Georgia-based Magnatrax, a unit of Onex Corp., makes metal building systems. The company says its filing was prompted by the slump in industrial construction and by rising steel prices.
