Closed-Door Talks in PG&E Case

SAN FRANCISCO - Gov. Gray Davis' aides were briefed last week on a proposal regarding the Pacific Gas and Electric Co. bankruptcy, possibly in violation of a court-imposed gag order, a state Public Utilities Commission member said in a letter made public Wednesday.
