Court Revives Smuggled Man's Case

LOS ANGELES - A federal appellate court Wednesday reinstated the case of a Chinese alien who said he feared returning to China because the government would not protect him from retaliation by "snakeheads," the smugglers of humans whom he testified against in a criminal proceeding.
