Chronicle Switches Libel Lawyer

SAN FRANCISCO - Hemorrhaging money as a result of falling advertising revenue and high staff costs, the San Francisco Chronicle has switched its First Amendment legal representation with an eye toward saving money, the paper's publisher, Steven Falk, said Monday.
