Stars of Telescope Industry Continue Fight Over Patents

The legal battle between two of the biggest stars in the amateur telescope universe rages on. In 2001, Meade Instruments Corp. filed a patent infringement suit against its competitor, Celestron International Inc. Meade claimed that Celestron appropriated technology that controls computerized telescopes.
