Despite Iraq Victory, Bush's Policies Lead America Astray

When he chose war, competing historical analogies for and against war were evenly balanced. If, for example, it was true that Saddam Hussein was as evil as Hitler, then a policy analogous to appeasement was more dangerous than not going to war.
