Judicial Council member appointed

Chief Justice Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye announced Thursday that a Sonoma County Superior Court judge was selected for the position.

Chief Justice Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye announced Thursday that Sonoma County Superior Court Judge Gary Nadler has been appointed to the Judicial Council. Nadler replaces Judge Sherrill Ellsworth, who is retiring. His term is effective March 1 of this year through Sept. 14, 2015.

Nadler previously served as Sonoma's presiding judge from 2009 to 2011 and is currently a member of the Trial Court Facility Modification Advisory Commit...
