Cops' Lawyers Say Dismissal Won't be Hard

SAN FRANCISCO - Despite admitting that they had failed to prove conspiracy to obstruct justice, prosecutors in the San Francisco police cover-up case nonetheless gave jury instructions that allowed jurors to indict on that charge, defense attorneys said Thursday.
