Justices Will Look at Disabilities Act, Rehire Policies

WASHINGTON - Taking another look at the reach of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Supreme Court Monday agreed to consider whether the act requires employers to rehire qualified employees who left their jobs because of drug abuse or alcoholism but since have recovered.
