Judicial Council Rebukes Persistent Critic of U.S. Judges

Issuing a sanction and a rare public reprimand, the 9th U.S. Circuit Judicial Council ruled Thursday that Beverly Hills attorney Cyrus M. Sanai committed "abuse of the misconduct complaint procedure."

Issuing a sanction and a rare public reprimand, the Judicial Council of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Thursday that a Beverly Hills attorney "abuse[d] the [court's] misconduct complaint procedure."
