RIVERSIDE - Services will be held Monday for Victor E. Miceli, a retired Riverside County Superior Court judge who shepherded the restoration of the county's historic civil courthouse and played a big hand in bringing several major court facilities to downtown Riverside.
Miceli, who was being treated for stomach cancer, died Thursday. He was 82.
