SEC Accuses Attorney in Ponzi Scheme

The agency's complaint against Escondido lawyer George Gustav Bujkovsky filed filed in the Southern District of California.

The Securities and Exchange Commission filed a complaint against Escondido lawyer George Gustav Bujkovsky, Tuesday in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California in San Diego for his role in an investment scheme that raised $35 million from 210 investors.
