Skadden Arps TUMBLEWEED ROLLS INTO COMPUTER SECURITY CO. Redwood City's Tumbleweed Communications Corp. completed its acquisition of the Santa Clara-based Worldtalk Corp. Each share of Worldtalk's common stock will be converted into 0.26 share of Tumbleweed common stock. Worldtalk had $11 million in sales for 1999.
