Bill on abuse lawsuits nears final approval
Measure that would extend the statute of limitations for sex abuse victims to sue cleared the Assembly Wednesday.

A bill that would extend the statute of limitations for victims of childhood sexual abuse whose legal claims are statutorily barred is one step closer to landing on the governor's desk.
