Troutman Sanders LLP snagged finance attorney Penelope Parmes from Rutan & Tucker as a partner for its Irvine office.

Troutman Sanders LLP snagged finance attorney Penelope Parmes from Rutan & Tucker as partner for its Irvine office. Parmes, who worked at Rutan for 15 years, specializes in representing non-debtor parties in financial distress situations including workouts, litigation and bankruptcy. Parmes' clients include institutional and private lenders, creditors, landlords, asset buyers, directors and officers and troubled companies.
