Edwards Wildman grabs China specialist
The Los Angeles office has scooped up an authority on Chinese outbound investments from Reed Smith LLP.

Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP has scooped up Jinshu "John" Zhang, an authority on Chinese outbound investments, from Reed Smith LLP.
Zhang, who joins the firm as a partner in its Los Angeles office, had been a partner and senior director of Reed Smith's Asia Pacific practice. He focuses on representing Chinese companies in overseas investments and financial transactions, including M&A work and public offerings.
