Saban Brands names new GC

The company, which owns the Power Rangers franchise, the Paul Frank brand and entertainment platform Vortexx, appointed Michael B. Bayer as chief legal officer.

Los Angeles-based Saban Brands LLC, which manages the intellectual properties worldwide of parent private equity firm Saban Capital Group Inc., on Wednesday said it appointed Michael B. Bayer as its chief legal officer.


Bayer will focus on entertainment content distribution, acquisition and exploitation.
