San Francisco attorney faces stalking charges

SAN FRANCISCO - A partner at a San Francisco civil firm has been charged in a Napa County criminal complaint with stalking his estranged wife, according to court documents.


Shahab Eddin Fotouhi of Fotouhi Epps Hillger Gilroy Mau PC pleaded not guilty to two counts of felony stalking and seven misdemeanor counts of violating a domestic violence restraining order, his attorney said.
