RIVERSIDE - Phelan-based criminal defense attorney Bob Conaway has thrown his hat into the ring as a candidate for San Bernardino district attorney. This will be Conaway's second attempt to unseat incumbent Michael Ramos, who has served in the top prosecutor role for nearly a decade.
