Riverside ends contract with law firm

The city terminated its contract Tuesday with Nielsen Merksamer Parrinello Gross & Leoni LLP in a dispute over its representation of a company.

Riverside cut ties with a San Rafael-based law firm this week after the firm took on a new client, creating what city leaders believe is a conflict of interest.
