Orrick helps Pinterest secure $225 million in financing

Silicon Valley attorneys at the firm helped the San Francisco-based social scrapbooking website pin down $225 million

PALO ALTO - Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe LLP helped San Francisco-based social scrapbooking website Pinterest Inc. secure $225 million in a financing round that values the company at a whopping $3.8 billion.


Menlo Park partner Stephen J. Venuto and San Francisco senior associate Anik Guha led the Orrick team. Neither attorney could be reached for comment.
