Tower Plaza Center sells for $16 million

The center is anchored by 88 Ranch Marketplace, Digiplex Temecula Tower Cinemas and Armstrong Garden Center.

The 134,355-square-foot Tower Plaza Center, formerly a lender-owned property at 2740-275-31 Ynez Road in Temecula, has been sold for $16 million, the CoStar Group reported.

The buyer was listed as 27501 Ynez Road LP, a unit of Levi Affiliated Holdings of Santa Monica.

The previous owner was listed as C-III Asset Management of Irving, Tex.
