Stanford Law names new innovation, IP clinic director

Stanford Law School appointed Phillip Malone as the new director and professor of law at the soon to launch Juelsgaard Intellectual Property and Innovation Clinic, the school announced Monday.

Stanford Law School appointed Phillip Malone as the new director and professor of law at the soon-to-launch Juelsgaard Intellectual Property and Innovation Clinic, the school announced Monday. Malone, previously tenured at Harvard Law School and director of the Cyberlaw Clinic at the Berkman Center for Internet and Society there, is set to begin in July.
