O.C. Judge to Hear Arguments on Flag Display

SANTA ANA - An Orange County judge Thursday postponed ruling on whether to grant a preliminary injunction against Vietnamese video store owner Troung Van Tran, whose display of a communist flag and picture of Ho Chi Minh prompted five days of protest in Little Saigon.
