Spiderman Dispute a Bit Less Tangled After Ruling

A tangled dispute over the film, television and video rights to the comic book character Spiderman became less twisted Wednesday following a Los Angeles Superior Court judge's summary decision to dismiss major claims to the superhero by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. and its affiliates and partners, Tangled Web Productions Inc. and Webspinner Inc.
