WASHINGTON - Another battle may be brewing over a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals nominee, but this potential showdown has a twist: The nominee to the court labeled "rogue" and too liberal by conservative Senate Republicans is, in fact, a conservative Republican, and it is a coalition of liberal public interest groups that is protesting her nomination.
