Prosecutors Begin Ng Closing Arguments

SANTA ANA - Prosecutors on Monday laid out evidence they said would prove that a "bond of evil" existed between Charles Ng and Leonard Lake and declared that the two men had a "long-standing common goal" of murdering 12 people more than a decade ago.
