Lawyer Never Showed Up, Plaintiff Says in Claim

A Lancaster woman has filed a fraud and negligence complaint against her former attorney, claiming that although he maintained her wrongful death lawsuit against her husband's hit-and-run killer was tangled up in "court congestion," it had actually been dismissed because summonses were not served and no one showed up to represent her in court.
