County Counsel Seeks Recusal in Foster Mom Case

In what some were calling an unprecedented act Friday, the Los Angeles Office of County Counsel asked a Juvenile Court bench officer to recuse the county's attorneys and allow Orange County to step in because of a "conflict" in a child abuse case involving a prominent foster mother.
