Effort to Streamline the Bar's Discipline System Under Way

In what could be the first sign of impending change to the State Bar's discipline system, the special master in charge of reviving it, Elwood Lui, has suggested that any rebuilding of the dismantled staff must go hand-in-hand with reforms in how the cases are handled.
