Cities Set Tort Sights on Gun Industry

Los Angeles and San Francisco have moved a step closer to filing tort suits against the gun industry. L.A. City Attorney James K. Hahn has formed a task force with city attorneys from San Francisco and 10 other California cities to study the issue and plan strategy, he reported to the City Council this week.
