S.F. Prosecutor Lashes Out at Superior Court Judge

SAN FRANCISCO - Superior Court Judge William Cahill recused District Attorney Terence Hallinan and his entire office Monday from the same murder case in which he declared a mistrial earlier this month, casting a shadow over the case and leaving a stain on Hallinan's career as a prosecutor.
