Task Force Urges Regional Divisions for 9th Circuit

WASHINGTON - In its final report delivered to Congress Friday, a commission charged with studying the structure of the federal appellate court system formally recommended that Congress realign the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals into three regionally based adjudicative divisions.
