SAN DIEGO -The law firm of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP signed a 10-year lease valued at $27 million for 54,187 square feet of space in Paseo Del Mar, the new 240,000-square-foot Class A office campus under construction on El Camino Real. Mark Wayne, Dan Runyon and Steve Wolf of Burnham Real Estate represented the landlord, and Bill Fleck and Scot Ginsburg of The Staubach Co. represented the lessee.
