Construction begins on Brisas at Pacific Ridge in Oceanside

The project, with a projected value of $57 million, is a joint venture of Cornerstone Communities and Presidio Residential Capital.

Construction has begun at Brisas at Pacific Ridge, a 117-unit complex of triplex townhomes in Oceanside.

The project, with a projected value of $57 million, is a joint venture of Cornerstone Communities and Presidio Residential Capital. It will complete the development in the Rancho del Oro masterplan community at the junction of College Boulevard and Old Grove Road.

A grand opening of the phased development is expected in late December or in January of next year.
