Papers in GM Case Stay in Legal Limbo
LOS ANGELES - No decision was reached Friday on making public reams of confidential data from General Motors Corp. on vehicle roof strength in rollover accidents.
Plaintiffs' attorney Garo Mardirossian obtained some of the documents in discovery and is asking the judge to lift a protective order so he can share them with the public and other attorneys.
