Rumsfeld, a case in which the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the government's detention of an enemy combatant captured on the field of battle in Afghanistan who later was discovered to be an American citizen. The 4th Circuit's decision is clearly correct and ought to be upheld.
