Arizona attorney shooting victim 'not expected to survive,' firm says

Mark Hummels, a partner at Osborn Maledon PA and president of the Phoenix chapter of the Federal Bar Association, is on life support and "not expected to survive," according to the firm.


Hummels, 43, was shot in the neck and back while leaving a mediation Wednesday.
