Richard F. Runkle, an original member of the American Board of Trial Advocates who friends remembered this week as an "old school" trial lawyer, died on Saturday. He was 84.
Friends recalled Runkle as a man without enemies in the legal industry, saying he was a "gentleman" who conducted himself with humility and grace.
