Deal With Dow for Wetlands Cleanup

SAN FRANCISCO - One of the nation's chemical giants has agreed to pay about $3 million - much of it for Bay Area wetlands projects - to re-settle an unusual Proposition 65 case in a deal clearing the way for an extraordinary project to clean up decades of pollution.
