Judge Adds 1,000 Residents To Suit Over Freeway Noise

RANCHO CUCAMONGA - In what lawyers for the plaintiffs hail as a "major legal victory," a Superior Court judge has added 1,000 Los Angeles and San Bernardino County homeowners to a lawsuit that says they've been injured by the excessive noise of the recently expanded 210 Freeway.
