Public Defender Targets Delgadillo, Again
LOS ANGELES - In a last ditch effort challenging the authority of City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo to file misdemeanor cases, Public Defender Michael P. Judge on Tuesday asked Attorney General Bill Lockyer to reconsider his decision not to investigate whether the city's top prosecutor was qualified to hold office when he was elected in 2001.
