Pioneer Sold Consumers Faulty TVs, Lawsuit Claims

A Florida man has filed a class action in Los Angeles Superior Court alleging Long Beach-based Pioneer Electronics USA sold him and other consumers faulty high-definition television sets, then abandoned the product line without refunding the small fortunes they spent on the TVs.
